Onarock Investments
Kyler is the founding partner of McCarty Parry Law and has practiced real estate and business law for 9 years. He has been involved in real estate as an investor, attorney, and as the owner of a title company.
He owns a portfolio of properties throughout the country and has focused his investments on cash-flowing properties. Kyler has a gift for negotiating low prices to buy properties with high potential for increased value and cash flow.
Jacob learned the real estate business working at his grandfather's rental properties as a boy. He now owns his own portfolio of rental properties in Utah and Colorado. He has built his portfolio by acquiring cash-flowing properties that increase income in the short-term and builds long-term wealth over time.
Jacob studied Marketing at Brigham Young University and received his MBA from the University of Utah. Before co-founding Onarock, he worked as a marketing and product manager.
Clint was a partner in 1Homes, a real estate firm that specialized in investing in single- and multi-family homes. A part of this role involved navigating complex real estate markets and investment strategies.
Clint also co-founded Prime Alliance Bank which gave him valuable experience in financial and asset management within the real estate sector. While there, he served on the loan committee, which reviewed and approved many different types of real estate loans. He also was instrumental in selecting the land for the bank's location and overseeing the construction.
Robert is the Executive Director of the Academy for Creating Enterprise, a non-profit that teaches entrepreneurs in developing countries start and grow their business.
His experience as a business mentor and his focus on impact help guide Onarock on our mission to maximize the potential impact of Onarock investors.
